works as a postdoctoral fellow at American University in Washington, D.C. She is a Holocaust historian specializing in the history of Polish Jews, Polish-Jewish relations, and memory studies. She has worked at the Fortunoff Archives at Yale University and Emory University in Atlanta. She received her PhD in 2021 from the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Clark University in the United States. In her doctoral dissertation, A Tree for Poland: Memory of Holocaust Rescue, 1942–2018, she analyzed when, how, and why Polish Righteous Among the Nations were officially recognized as national heroes.
