Piotr Filipkowski
pfilipkowski@ifispan.edu.pl Biosociologist, assistant professor at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, an employee of the Historical Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Berlin, participant of many documentation and research projects on the experiences and memory of World War II, in particular the Holocaust, concentration camps and forced labor, as well as socialist modernization and capitalist transformation in Poland and Eastern Europe. Author of the monograph Historia mówiona i wojna. Doświadczenie obozu koncentracyjnego w perspektywie narracji biograficznych (2010) and many methodological and theoretical texts devoted to oral history and sociological biographical research.
