PhD, employee of the Historical Research Office of the Institute of National Remembrance. He deals with Polish-German relations in the years 1918–1939 and the German occupation of Polish territories in the years 1939–1945, particularly the German police apparatus in the General Government and in the Ciechanów region. He is also interested in the history of railways in Poland. Author of the monographs Komunikacja i polityka. Transport kolejowy i drogowy w stosunkach polsko-niemieckich w latach 1918–1939 (Communication and Politics: Rail and Road Transport in Polish-German Relations in 1918–1939) (2015) and Akcja Gestapo przeciwko polskiej inteligencji w rejencji ciechanowskiej. Aresztowani i deportowani do obozów koncentracyjnych w III Rzeszy w kwietniu 1940 roku (Gestapo Action against the Polish Intelligentsia in the Ciechanów District: Those Arrested and Deported to Concentration Camps in the Third Reich in April 1940) (2020).
