Abstract

The article is a review of the book Holokaust. (Nie)odrobiona lekcja historii by Robert Szuchta and Piotr Trojański (Kraków-Warszawa 2023). The textbook allows to trace the long-term and multi-stage process of dehumanizing Jews – from the repressions and legal, social and economic restrictions to anti-Jewish violence and extermination during the Second World War. Thanks to the extensive teaching apparatus, this publication has a significant educational value. It poses important questions and provokes to think.
