He deals with, among others the latest history of Czechoslovakia and Czech-German relations in the 20th century. In 2009–2017, deputy director of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk. Recently published Kiedy wybuchnie wojna? 1938. Studium kryzysu/ When will the war start? 1938. A Study in Crisis (2019) and Don't Think We're Collaborators. Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, 1939–1945 (2021).
